MiraCube with 1 hotend V1.5 by f3rdys Oct 9, 2014

Description

This is the version 1.5 of the 3d Printer Miracube V1.0 with corexy (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:358878) with some important modification.

I positioned the Z-axis motor outside the structure, the only 3d piece changed is the 17_Z_Screw_Driver.stl, it must be replaced by the 40_Z_Screw_DriverV1.5.stl

You can see a new project on tinkercad here:
https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bhpW4FNh38z

Entire set of x carriage for 1 hot end only
- 37_x-carriage_1_hot_end.stl
- 38_X_car_Belt_1_hotend.stl
- 39_X_car_fan_1_hotend.stl
In this case you can print only 1 exstrusion set.

A video of the Miracube in action can be viewed here:

A Corexy 3D printer.
This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online
https://www.tinkercad.com/things/bhpW4FNh38z
From the above tinkercad link you can build simply the MiraCube. In the 3d tinkercad project you can compute all the measure of aluminium extrusion profile.
I used two type of brico aluminium extrusion profile
- 10mmx10mm
- 20mmx10mm
Yuo can rescale the entire printer on axis Y and Z. For the resacaling on the axe X You must reengineer the heatbed support mount.

For the X Y and Z sliders I used 8mm smooth rods (you can get the lenght from thinkercad project) and a LM8UU linear bearing.
For the kinematic motion I used 4mm inner hole ball bearing and a GT2 belt.
